We work with you on the fundamentals of living a fit life. We work with you on your weight loss, muscle building, toning etc. $50.00 a session. All sessions are 60 minutes and minimum is two sessions a week

Terry has been wonderful to work with! For one, she is always prepared and ready to work hard with me. Also, she watches closely to make sure my form is correct and that I’m performing the proper exercise out of the workout.
