One-on-One Personal Training

We work with you on the fundamentals of living a fit life. We work with you on your weight loss, muscle building, toning etc. $50.00 a session. All sessions are 60 minutes and minimum is two sessions a week

Why do You Need One on One Training?

Different people have personal trainers for different reasons. Some can’t work without a training partner, some have injuries that need careful monitoring and some people have specific goals like a marathon.

Whatever the reason, a trainer will be dedicated to helping you achieve your goals and for the hour or two or three hours each week (it’s up to you) that you train with them – they are there dedicated to your fitness objectives.

Nutrition Plans

We tailor weekly meal plans for you to help you achieve your fitness goals. To lose weight, it requires 80% nutrition and 20%. In other words, nutrition plays a vital role in weight loss, $150.00 week for KK Fitness Clients.

Each day includes three meals and three snacks and has a healthy balance of carbohydrates, fats, and proteins. You’ll also get plenty of fiber from whole grains, fruits, vegetables, and legumes.

Every plan includes three meals and three snacks to keep you feeling satisfied all day long. Some days even include a glass of beer or wine. Feel free to add more water, coffee or herbal tea to any day, but keep in mind that adding cream or sugar also adds calories.

It’s OK to swap out similar menu items, but keep cooking methods in mind. Replacing a sirloin steak with grilled chicken is fine, but replacing it with chicken-fried steak isn’t going to work because of the breading changes the fat, carb and sodium counts—and the calories.

Finally, you can adjust your calorie intake by eliminating snacks if you want to lose weight or eating larger snacks if you want to gain weight.

Learning online is a vast landscape. If asked, most of us would describe learning online in one specific way: learning on a computer. But learning online is more nuanced and includes a spectrum of characteristics. The terms online learning, virtual learning, e-learning, distance learning, and blended learning are unique; each refers to the act of using technology in learning, but how students engage in that process is slightly different.

While conducting my research, the primary conclusion I came to is that the education world does not universally agree on what each term means. Some people use these terms interchangeably while others had differing definitions for the same term. The definitions below represent the most common, and in my professional opinion, the most accurate and current definitions.

Terry has been wonderful to work with! For one, she is always prepared and ready to work hard with me.
